Chimi Churi
Argentinean blend packed full of different herbs; excellent for a fresh aromatic healthy dressing it gives a vibrant colour and excellent flavour, it can be used as a marinade or a colourful relish.
Try it mixed with an oil of your choice, leave it overnight in the fridge and then use it as a flavoursome salad dressing.
But it doesn't just stop there! You can use this marinade for absolutely anything, from marinating meats, to seafood dishes and even roasted root vegetables.
Traditionally it's used on lighter meals, but we have found that we needn't have too many rules when using spice. And if you think the flavour fits the dish, then go right ahead! You may discover something new and not tried before!
