



Alright, I think I may have created the most warming, delicious, comforting, festive winter drink ever!
Introducing the Floaty Goat Hibiscus Hot Toddy —
a floral-spiced Southern-style toddy with a twist.
Ingredients (1 serving)
• 1 ½ oz Southern Comfort (or whisky / bourbon of choice)
• ¾ tbsp raw honey
• ½ tsp Floaty Goat Hibiscus Salt
• ¾ tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 6–7 oz hot water (not boiling)
• 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
• 2 whole cloves (optional)
• 1 thin lemon wheel
• more hibiscus salt (for rim + finish)
Directions
1. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your mug and dip lightly into Floaty Goat Hibiscus Salt.
2. Add honey, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the mug.
3. Pour in hot water and stir until the honey melts.
4. Add Southern Comfort.
5. Float the lemon wheel on top.
6. Finish with a tiny pinch of Floaty Goat Hibiscus Salt over the surface for a ruby glow!
