Instead, the uncommon depth of our whisk’s stainless steel spirals (the slight space in between the metal bits) makes for an exceptionally graceful stir. The depth of the steel spirals quickly homogenises mixtures without over-mixing, which means you can avoid unwanted gluten development \/ an overly tough final product.
